We were referred to the company website by our property manager for our rental unit for which we needed a new lounge suite. The entire experience has been one of a high standard and service - a friendly telephone call to advise delivery time (which was within ten minutes of the scheduled time). A willingness to help when assembly did not go to plan (and it was the fault of the purchaser/assembler not the product). Chaise Sofas insisted on visiting the rental property the day after our phone call to advise of a problem and rectify the assembly issue. Chaise Sofas were able to accommodate my short notice purchase requirements by going above and beyond what most shops would do, they were also able to find a way around my crazy working hours and for this I am grateful to them both for such a fantastic service all around. We got a great deal on our sofas and saved $200 from other shops as well as getting an ottoman in the price saving me even more. We have had the sofas over a month now and all is good, they look great in my new home.
